Job Description:

As an SQL Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SQL databases. You will work closely with our data analysts, data scientists, and application developers to ensure data integrity and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Design: Design and implement SQL database structures, including tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures.
Query Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to enhance performance and efficiency.
Data Integration: Develop and manage ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into the database.
Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and reporting to support business needs and provide actionable insights.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve database-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
Documentation: Maintain documentation for database schemas, queries, and processes.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data is accurately represented and accessible.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an SQL Developer or similar role with a strong understanding of relational databases.
Skills: Proficiency in SQL, including advanced queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Database Systems: Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational database management systems (RDBMS).
ETL Tools: Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
Data Modeling: Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
